Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Return & Exchange Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days from the date you receive your order. This gives you ample time to ensure your lighting products meet your expectations and requirements.

Conditions for Returns & Exchanges

  • Item must be in original, unused condition
  • All original packaging and materials must be intact
  • Product must be in resalable condition
  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required
  • Return request must be submitted within the 15-day window

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Incandescent Bulbs – Due to their fragile nature and potential for damage during return shipping
  • Halogen Bulbs – Safety concerns and potential for damage during transit
  • Fluorescent/CFL Bulbs – Environmental and safety considerations
  • HID Bulbs – Special handling requirements and fragility
  • LED Bulbs – Only returnable if defective upon arrival (must be reported within 7 days)
  • Opened or used light bulbs of any type
  • Custom or special order lighting fixtures

Note: Defective bulbs must be reported within 7 days of receipt for replacement.

Step-by-Step Return Process

Step 1: Submit Return Request

Contact our customer service team within 15 days of receiving your order by emailing [email protected] with the following information:

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Within 2 business days, you’ll receive:

  • Return Authorization Number
  • Shipping instructions and return address
  • Pre-paid shipping label (if applicable)

Step 3: Package and Ship

Please ensure:

  • All items are in original packaging
  • Include the Return Authorization Number on the outside of the package
  • Use appropriate packaging to prevent damage during transit
  • Ship using a trackable method

Step 4: Processing and Refund

Once we receive your return:

  • We’ll inspect the items within 3-5 business days
  • You’ll receive email confirmation of return acceptance
  • Refund will be processed to your original payment method

Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. Original shipping fees will be deducted from your refund for returns not due to our error.

Exchange Process

For exchanges:

  • We’ll ship the replacement item once we receive your return
  • Price differences will be refunded or charged accordingly

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Provide photos of the damage or defect
  • We’ll arrange for a replacement at no additional cost
  • Return shipping for defective items is always free
